You can control certain device permissions in system settings, and you (or your organization's administrator) can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your operator account.
On iPhone, open Settings → Vending Ops (or Settings → Privacy & Security) and manage:
If you turn a permission off, related features (for example machine Bluetooth setup, barcode scan, product photo/video, or nearby-device display) may stop working until you turn it back on.
If you want us to limit analytics associated with your account where feasible, ask your organization's administrator to submit that request with your account email. Some analytics or logs may still be needed for security, fraud prevention, or basic service operation.

Operators may ask their back-office administrator to assist with deleting an account or related personal data when the account is managed by your organization.
